Captain America, Chris Evans, kept Marquee safe from the Red Skull and/or Hugo Weaving Friday night, and then Tao on Saturday, when he was celebrating the 30th birthdays of two of his old roommates from Boston.

Also swept free of Nazi influence: Ka at MGM Grand on Saturday night. Cirque du Soleil is once again safe for democracy. He hadn’t been to Ka before, but was heard to comment after witnessing a pre-show fireball that, “I know I’m going to like this.” Well, of course. It reminded him of the good old days of setting Nazis on fire.

Cancer Foundation, The Trevor Project and Grassroots Soccer are all organizations making a difference locally and globally, and which have strong support from the Hollywood community.
